Job Summary

We are recruiting for a well-organised, enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our customer service team in Ellon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding service to both our customers and suppliers and maintaining a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first point of contact


  • Answering emails, phone calls and transferring them, as necessary.
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries and orders.
  • Arranging collections and liaising with carriers to resolve customer queries.

Essential Skills

  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.

Additional Information

This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm from our central office in Ellon, Aberdeenshire.

Salary – Negotiable, based on experience.
