The DHY11KSEm is a powerful single-phase diesel generator from Hyundai, with a maximum output of 14KVA. It is suitable for providing your home or business with either prime power or backup power. It is powered by a 13hp HY390 diesel engine and can produce a maximum output of 13.75KVA / 11kW backup power and 12.5KVA / 10kW prime power. The generator can be started manually or connected to an ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) system, which will automatically turn on the generator when a loss of power is detected. It is ideal for those who need to guarantee constant power. Housed in a weather-proof ‘silenced’ canopy, the DHY11KSEm produces only 64dB @ 7 metres, making it a quiet standby generator. It runs happily on budget-friendly red diesel, without voiding the warranty. 1500rpm diesel generators are ideal for static installation for daily prime power, as well as for regular standby generator/backup generator use. They have slower running, water-cooled engines which are less stressed than 3000rpm generators, making them the best option if you’re going to use your generator as your main power source. Equipped with an AVR alternator to produce clean energy, the DHY11KSEm is suitable for powering sensitive electronic equipment in your home or business. Kerbside delivery is included in the price, but a forklift will be required for unloading.
