The Trend RT/11X1/2TC Straight Blade Rota-Tip is a versatile cutting tool designed for efficiency and durability. It features a 12.7mm (1/2 inch) diameter and a 100mm length, with a 1/2 inch shank ideal for production applications. The tool allows the blade to be rotated 180 degrees, doubling its lifespan compared to conventional tools. Its straight cutters have two or four cutting edges, which can be rotated and locked into position, reducing downtime as the tool body remains in place during blade changes. This design offers a clear economical advantage over traditional brazed tip tooling. It is particularly suited for use with Trend Combi worktop jigs and is capable of plunge cutting.
