History of Lyte
Established in 1947, Lyte have been trading for over 70 years going from strength to strength with their ever developing product range. Their access equipment has earned them much recognition over the years. One of their most famous accolades was that Lyte ladders were used in the famous Mount Everest explorations in 1953, where the Lyte sectional aluminium ladder was used to conquer the crevasse they came across during the ascent to the summit, and rumour has it the ladder is still there today!
