Five-year guarantee

With a few exceptions, mainly related to tools with cutting edges and abrasives products, every nonelectrical Faithfull tool is guaranteed against faulty material, workmanship and manufacture for a period of five years.

The Faithfull guarantee does not cover product failure due to misuse, negligence or fair wear and tear. Proof of purchase will be required with any warranty claim that is to be submitted to us, or the supplying retailer who should be contacted in the first instance.

 

Electrical products

Every Faithfull electrical product is guaranteed for a period of one year, subject to the same exceptions as mentioned above. In the case of electrical products used for hire, the guarantee period is restricted to three months.

 

Product Guarantees

We work hard to provide quality products that are fit for purpose and to back that up we offer a 5-year guarantee on the majority of our products which you will see clearly displayed on our product packaging where applicable. Our premium range ‘Prestige’ offers a 10-year guarantee. Electrical products are covered by a 1-year guarantee and any product with a rechargeable battery is also covered for a period of 1 year, but the battery is only covered for 3 months. Consumables are covered for manufacturing faults but exclude wear and tear. Both the 5- and 10-year guarantee cover faulty goods but are void if the product has been damaged through misuse. Always keep your receipts for proof of purchase and our customer service team can advise on any guarantee claims.

A throw away mentality is far too common these days, but we are committed to giving our customers the best use of our products for as long as possible. We offer a variety of spares and instruction manuals to ensure you are getting the best from our products. We also have a committed team of trade professionals on hand to answer any questions that you may have regarding the use or repairs of your Faithfull products.
