Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. We aim to ship all orders within 2 - 5 working days. Most of what we sell is stocked in either of our two warehouses however we do also direct deliver from certain suppliers. Track your order on our Order Tracking page!
Our couriers are very efficient and will get your order to you within 48 hours after leaving our warehouses so if your order is not with you 7 working days after ordering please give us a call on 01358 726719
Q. Can I pay for my order on credit or finance?
A. We offer both credit account facilities and finance options as methods of payment. For a Toolden credit account you must fulfil some criteria, the easiest way to find out if you are eligible is to contact our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are ineligible for a credit account we also offer personal finance options through our finance partners V12. For more details please visit the Toolden Finance page.
Q. I bought a power tool from you and it has stopped working, what should I do?
A. Toolden do not offer a warranty on Power Tools, as a distributor we have been advised by all manufacturers that your warranty status lies with the manufacturer directly. The best thing to do is find your nearest local repair agent and take your tool and proof of purchase along and they will best support the repair or replacement of your tool. Q. I ordered a tool kit and only some of the tools have arrived, why is this?
A. We have two warehouses, one at our main HQ in the north east and another more central in the UK. We do our best to schedule deliveries to the same address for the same day however there can be occasions where one warehouse is a day or two ahead of the other or our courier is ahead of the other. This can sometimes mean that a large order arrives in 2 parts, do not be alarmed by this but if you would like to speak to somebody to explain or give tracking details to the second part of your delivery please get in touch with email@example.com or call us on 01358 726719
Q. I placed an order for a 240v tool but need 110v what can I do about this?
A. Assuming the alternative product you want is also in stock we can get this exchanged for you, simply head to our self service returns centre - returns.toolden.co.uk
Q. I am VAT registered how do I order without being charged VAT?
A. Our 'VAT back' system works on an after sale basis, it's really easy all you need to do is send your order number and VAT registration number to firstname.lastname@example.org after you've placed your order and we will instantly refund the VAT back to your account (transfer can take up to 3 working days).
Q. Do you deliver to Ireland/Europe?
A. Yes we do, deliveries to Ireland are charged at a flat rate of £15 ex. VAT and deliveries to Europe are charged on a weight basis. Please get in touch with us directly so we can give you a quote for shipping.
