General Warranty Information

New unused power tools and accessories purchased from Nemo Power Tools or one of our authorised dealers can be returned within 30 days of purchase under the 30 Day Money Back Hard Guarantee. Products must be returned prepaid in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase, to:

Warranty

GRABO products include a standard warranty plan, with coverage depending on the model. Registering your product after purchase from an authorised dealer may extend the warranty period and provide additional benefits. Registration is free and requires the product serial number.

 

Standard Coverage

  • 1 Year Limited Warranty (6 Months for GRABO H models)
  • Extended to 1.5 Years if the serial number is registered
  • 7 Year Limited Warranty applies only to specific categories – contact the Las Vegas Warranty Centre for eligibility

 

Authorised Dealer Warranty Procedures

  1. In Person Replacement: If a tool fails within 1 year of purchase, an authorised dealer will exchange it immediately (tool only, no battery or accessories). If unavailable, a replacement is shipped directly. The faulty unit must be returned within 30 days. Shipping is covered by Nemo Power Tools.
  2. Remote Replacement: Customers may file claims online (e.g., GRABO.com/REG). With complete information including proof and video evidence, a replacement unit will be shipped immediately along with a prepaid return label for the faulty unit.

 

Void Warranty

  • Improper usage, including water damage, dropping, overloading, or leaving the tool running in storage
  • Using without the silicone cover
  • Purchases from unauthorised dealers, second-hand tools, rental tools, or counterfeit products

 

Shortened / Limited Warranty

Tools purchased via online platforms such as Amazon, Alibaba, or AliExpress (except official dealer websites) are covered by a limited 3-month warranty.
