The Paslode tool warranty takes the worry out of using the tool so users can continue with their work without the fear of being without the tool for a long amount of time.

As part of the Paslode 40 Years of Cordless Nailing celebration, selected Paslode tools are now covered by an extended 3-year manufacturer warranty* when registered. This extended warranty applies to the following tools:

Combi Xi, 360Xi, PPNXi, IM45 FN, IM45 CW

Once registered, eligible tools benefit from Paslode's trusted warranty support and access to approved service centres. All warranty repairs are carried out using genuine Paslode parts by trained technicians, helping to minimise downtime and keep you working.

*Please note: Paslode's standard tool warranty remains two years when registered. As part of the 40 Years of Cordless Nailing celebration, selected tools listed above qualify for an extended third year of manufacturer warranty. All other warranty terms, service processes and exclusions remain unchanged.

End User Training

Paslode's End User training course is designed for all tradespeople who have a Paslode tool in their hands on a daily basis. The aim is to empower users with the confidence to use our tools correctly as well as select the right nails for the job in hand by educating on tool operation, consumables, maintenance and PPE instructions.

On finishing the course, the user will receive a certificate of completion (valid for 2 years), as well as some useful downloads relating to Paslode tools, nails, and applications to print off and take away with you.

The course includes:

  • Paslode tool maintenance
  • Using Paslode fuel cells

 SERVICE YOU CAN TRUST

Signing up to the two-year warranty entitles the user to access Paslode’s premium tool repair. If a problem is experienced with the tool, it can be returned to the place of purchase, where arrangements can be made to send it quickly to Paslode’s in-house Service Centre.

Once there, the tool will be passed to one of Paslode’s expertly trained technicians, who will give it a thorough examination to identify any faults or problems and make any necessary repairs, before being returned to the distributor.

Alternatively, the tool can be taken to any of Paslode’s trusted and approved third-party Service Agents.

External Approved Service Centres are fully trained to service Paslode tools and are inspected and trained regularly to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained at all times.

All tools serviced through this network are guaranteed to receive only the best quality original parts and workmanship and will be returned within X days.

 SERVICE REQUIRED WITHIN WARRANTY

If the tool has fired around 50,000 shots or more, there is a chance it may need a service. This is a general maintenance service and would not be included in the warranty of the tool, regardless of whether or not it is within its warranty period. The tool can be taken to any authorised distributor for assistance. An associated cost will apply, dependent on the tool.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These warranties cover all components providing that Paslode’s Operating Instructions have been followed, that no modifications have been made or non-original components or spare parts have been used, and that the tool has not been accidentally damaged or neglected. 

WHAT COULD INVALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY?

  • Damage caused by accidents, negligence, improper repairs or adjustments and misuse.

  • Normal wear, tear and deterioration such as discolouration, scratches etc.

  • Parts used for purposes they were not designed for

  • Parts not properly installed by someone other than Paslode UK or an authorised Paslode UK Approved Service Centre.

  • Parts without proof of purchase or replacement date
