OUR PASLODE WARRANTY – KEEPING YOU WORKING

Paslode tools are internationally renowned for quality and longevity, and the brand is dedicated to supporting users as they work with their tools for many years.

Paslode understands that a faulty tool can quickly equate to many days of downtime on site which in turn means lost revenue. It is of the highest importance that Paslode users can be productive and working to full capacity for as long as possible.

The Paslode tool warranty takes the worry out of using the tool so users can continue with their work without the fear of being without the tool for a long amount of time.

Tools can be registered here to access a generous two-year warranty, providing peace of mind and a system that can be relied on no matter the job. TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY.

SERVICE YOU CAN TRUST

Signing up to the two-year warranty entitles the user to access Paslode’s premium tool repair. If a problem is experienced with the tool, it can be returned to the place of purchase, where arrangements can be made to send it quickly to Paslode’s in-house Service Centre.

Once there, the tool will be passed to one of Paslode’s expertly trained technicians, who will give it a thorough examination to identify any faults or problems and make any necessary repairs, before being returned to the distributor.

Alternatively, the tool can be taken to any of Paslode’s trusted and approved third-party Service Agents.

External Approved Service Centres are fully trained to service Paslode tools and are inspected and trained regularly to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained at all times.

All tools serviced through this network are guaranteed to receive only the best quality original parts and workmanship and will be returned within X days.

THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPLAINED AND WHAT IS COVERED.

Once registered, the Paslode Tool Warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase.

SERVICE REQUIRED WITHIN WARRANTY

If the tool has fired around 50,000 shots or more, there is a chance it may need a service. This is a general maintenance service and would not be included in the warranty of the tool, regardless of whether or not it is within its warranty period. The tool can be taken to any authorised distributor for assistance. An associated cost will apply, dependent on the tool.

CLAIMLINE PORTAL FAQs

My tool requires a warranty repair – what should I do?

It is recommended that the tool is returned to the in-house Service Centre. If the tool is less than 2 years old (or less than 3 years old for Xi range tools), it should qualify for a free warranty repair.

There is now an online tool warranty claim process which keeps the customer informed every step of the way while the tool is in safe hands. The customer can simply click through to the new Warranty Claim portal to submit warranty repair details and begin the returns process: https://app.claimlane.com/c/itw-warranty?lang=en

Further information is available here: https://paslode.co.uk/tool-warranty-repair/

There are also a handful of Paslode Approved Service Centres across the country – customers can check the website to see if there is one local to them: https://paslode.co.uk/factory-approved-service-centers

How does this affect our Approved Service Centres?

Business as usual for any distribution centres that are offering their own repairs – this is in addition to normal practice, so it acts as an alternative route for end users. The impact of this may mean customers decide to go direct to a drop-off point instead of to a distributor for a repair.

Can end users still send their tools back via a dealer?

Yes – distributors can still send them back the usual way. This isn’t a system to replace their repairs process, but instead is strictly end-user (installer/contractor team) focused.
