How to return?

 

Please use our Return Portal if you want to return an individual product or whole order.

For partial returns, please use the instructions below. 

 

 

Partial Returns Only

 

1. Item(s) not required:

We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision about your purchase. However, there is always the possibility that the product isn't quite what you were looking for, or you might have ordered the wrong size.

Should you require to return any item**, you can do so within 30 days of receipt of the item for a full refund (less shipping) or exchange.

If you want to return a component or some components from your kit, please reach out to customer services as we will need to process part of the order individually. For this you will need to fill in the 

Returns Form*** and send this back with your item(s) to the below address:

You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service.

If delivery is being refused from our designated courier, the return cost to us will be charged or deducted from the refund amount. The fee will vary based on the location and product weight/dimension.

If you change your mind after your goods have been invoiced or dispatched, we will charge you the cost of having the goods returned to us.

If returning an item back to us, once received, our returns team will email you confirming receipt of your item(s). If you do not receive an email within 14 working days, please let us know. 

We will refund any amount due to you within 14 days from the day we receive the item(s) back and they have been inspected to be complete.

 

2. Incorrectly supplied item(s):

We will always try to ensure that the correct item(s) is delivered to you, however, we are only human and occasionally a mistake can happen.

Should we supply any incorrect item(s), please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of item. 

 

3. Faulty or Damaged item(s):

 

If you receive a Product that you think is Faulty please head over to our Contact Us section and let us know as soon as possible.

When you first contact us please include the following information:

Your name.
Order number.
Date of purchase.
Date of discovery of the fault.
Product name and code.
Picture and/or video of the fault.
Description of the fault.
(The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email).
Serial number.

All our power tools come with a manufacturer’s warranty which ranges from 1 year to 2-3 years**** (applicable to items that have been registered on the relevant manufacturers website).

We highly advise to register all tools with-in 28 days of purchase to benefit from an upgraded warranty and in most cases a direct collection by the manufacturer of the tool for a warranty inspection and repair. 

Vacuums/Extractors: When returning a vacuum or extractor product for any reason please ensure the dust bag is emptied/removed and disposed of. Failure to do so may result in your return being rejected/delayed and additional charges being applied.

 

*Certain heavier/bulkier items might incur additional charges. The additional fee will be clearly stated at the checkout, before placing the order.
**All items must be in their original packaging (where applicable) and unused. We are unable to accept return of a product / products which is not in its original, undamaged packaging.
***If your item is returned without a form, there may be a delay in processing any refund or replacement
