What you’ll need when Rothenberger gets in touch

Proof of purchase – usually a receipt, either printed or digital. This helps confirm when the tool was bought and whether it’s still within the guarantee period.
Serial number – found on the silver sticker on your tool. Its location varies depending on the model; for example, on a Romax Compact TT press gun, it’s at the base where the battery attaches.
Details of the fault – a clear description, along with photos if possible, helps the team understand the issue quickly.
