If your item is faulty please email admin@toolden.co.uk with your order number, part number and full details of the fault.  Please also provide any photos so this can be passed onto the manufacturer so we can contact them directly to resolve this for you.   

 

25-YEAR GUARANTEE

Most ROUGHNECK® products include a 25-Year Guarantee (see product for details). This covers faulty materials or manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear and tear, consumable products or customer misuse. Damaged or faulty items can be returned to the place of purchase for replacement. This guarantee is in addition to and in no way prejudices the users statutory rights.
