If your Sealey item develops a fault then please email admin@toolden.co.uk with your order number, Sealey part number and details of the issue (along with photos if possible) and we will contact Sealey directly to resolve this for you.

If the item is to be collected then Sealey will email you the labels required and advise you of the collection details. 

 

Sealey Warranty

All Sealey products are covered by a minimum of 1-year parts and labour guarantee.

Extended guarantees are also available free of charge on many products subject to the purchase being registered at www.sealey.co.uk/warranty.

These products are as follows:

 

Hand Tools

All Premier and Siegen Hand Tools are covered by a no-quibble lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. Our no quibble lifetime warranty covers individual items within sets.

Excludes TRX-Star* T40 bits, breaker bar knuckles, drill bits, cutting blades (such as knives, scrapers and axes) and taps and dies.

Repair kits will be sent out for most ratchet wrenches. High value items may be repaired and returned rather than replaced.

 

Vices

Lifetime replacement parts guarantee on our Extra-Heavy-Duty SG Iron Professional Mechanic’s Vices.

5-Year replacement parts warranty on our All-Steel Vices.

2-Year replacement parts warranty on Economy versions.

 

Arc & MIG Welders

3-Year parts and labour guarantee on main power transformer of Arc and MIG Welders. Comprises 1-year unconditional parts and labour followed by a further two years conditional on registering your purchase with us at www.sealey.co.uk/warranty

 

Premier Air Tools

2-Year parts and labour guarantee on Premier Air Tools.

 

Premier Electric Power Tools

2-Year parts and 3-Year labour guarantee on Premier Electric Power Tools.

 

Heavy-Duty Sack Trucks

3-Year parts and labour guarantee on our Heavy-Duty range of Sack Trucks.

Excludes wheels.

 

Tyre Inflators

3-Year parts and labour guarantee on SA37/93B and SA37/96B.

2-Year parts and labour guarantee on SA37/93, SA37/94, SA37/95, SA390 and SA394.

1-Year parts and labour guarantee for all other models.

 

Castors

2-Year replacement guarantee on SCW2, 3, 4 and 5 series Castors.

1-Year replacement guarantee for all other models.

 

Cranes

3-Year parts and labour guarantee on PFC101, PFC201 and PFC301.

2-Year parts and labour guarantee on SPC1000 and SPC2000.

1-Year parts and labour guarantee for all other models.

 

Presses

3-Year parts and labour guarantee on PPB15, PPF20, PPF30, PPF301 and PPF501.

2-Year parts and labour guarantee on YK209F, YK20FFP, YK15FFP, YK30F, YK30FFP, YK309FAH, YK509F, YK50FFP, YK509FAH, YK759F and YK759FAH.

1-Year parts and labour guarantee for all other models.

Please note that guarantee claims must be made via the place of purchase where you may need to provide proof of purchase.

 

Dellonda

All Dellonda products come with a minimum 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in design, materials, and workmanship (unless otherwise specified). This warranty excludes general wear and tear as well as consumable or serviceable parts. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all claims.

These products are as follows:

 

Garden Furniture

3-Year Structural Warranty

Covers structural failure (framework) and rust under normal UK weather conditions.

Excludes glass, cushion fabric/filling, stitching, and damage caused by extreme heat or misuse.

Does not apply to furniture used outside the UK or not stored/covered during colder months.

Replacement items do not restart the warranty period.

 

Spas, Hot Tubs & Swimming Pools

1-Year Warranty: Electrical components, hoses, and accessories.

6-Month Warranty: Liners and covers (only against manufacturing or material faults).

Products must be used as per the instructions.

Returned hot tubs and pools must be clean and dry for hygiene reasons.

All claims are subject to assessment and testing on receipt.

 

Luggage Sets

1-Year Warranty

Covers manufacturing defects and carrier damage during delivery.

Does not cover cosmetic wear and tear or damage to moving parts like wheels.

 

Graded, Refurbished & Open Box Items

6-Month Warranty

Covers faults developing within 6 months.

Dellonda may attempt a repair first.

Replacements are usually graded items, but may be new (warranty remains 6 months).
