The SIP 1200w Handheld Induction Heater Kit is ideal for heating and releasing rusted-on or hard-to-move parts such as nuts, bolts and fastenings. Designed for garages, automotive environments and workshops, this kit is supplied with 4 interchangeable induction heating coils which perform a variety of heat treatment tasks with precision and ease. Easy to control and highly efficient, this induction heater kit safely operates with a recommended duty cycle of 2mins ON / 2mins OFF to maintain the cooling and integrity of the induction heating coils. This plug-and-play solution heats an M8 nut to 300°C in 120 seconds using an all-electric process. This offers greater levels of safety compared to oxyacetylene and other methods which use a naked flame.
