Wiha Warranty

All Wiha electrical products are covered by a standard 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults and defects. This warranty can be extended to 3 years when the product is registered through their website. 

Due to the nature of electrical tools, occasional issues may occur. 

To make a claim, please provide:

• Proof of purchase

• A description of the issue

• Supporting photos or videos

Once the claim is reviewed and the warranty is validated, we’ll ask that the item be returned to our office for assessment and testing. After inspection, we will either repair or replace the item, and arrange for it to be returned to the end user or retailer.
