The Evolution MD230SEG-CS Segmented Edge Heavy Duty Diamond Demolition Disc Cutter Blade is a versatile cutting tool compatible with the R230DCT Concrete Cutting Saw. It excels in multi-material cutting, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals, bricks, tiles, plastics, and more, offering significant time and cost savings. With up to 30 times longer blade life than abrasive discs when cutting metal, its diamond cutting edge is exceptionally durable, capable of making over 1,000 cuts through steel. The steel blade body maintains its full diameter for maximum cutting capacity throughout its lifetime, enhancing safety by eliminating the risk of shattering. Cooling holes near the edge expel heat to maintain optimum cutting performance, while the segmented rim design improves efficiency and debris removal. Included in the package is one MD230SEG-CS Disc Cutter Blade, ready to tackle heavy-duty cutting tasks effectively. We do not recommend using Evolution blades on other branded machines, as due to the multi purpose technology of Evolution's machines, the RMP is reduced.
