The Evolution MD255SEG-CS Segmented Edge Heavy Duty Diamond Demolition Disc Cutter Blade is designed for use with the R255DCT Concrete Cutting Saw. It offers multi-purpose cutting capabilities, allowing you to cut various building materials such as metals, bricks, tiles, and plastics, thus saving time and money. With up to 30 times longer blade life compared to abrasive discs when cutting metal, it boasts superior durability. The steel blade body with a diamond cutting edge maintains its full diameter for maximum cutting capacity throughout its lifetime. Safety is enhanced as the steel body doesn't shatter like abrasives, reducing the risk of injury, while fewer dust, sparks, and odors make for a cleaner and safer cutting experience. Cooling holes near the edge help dissipate heat, ensuring optimum cutting performance. The segmented rim design with sub-segmented cutting edges improves efficiency and debris removal from the cut. With a diameter of 255mm, a maximum speed of 6150 RPM, and 16 teeth, this blade is a robust and efficient cutting solution for heavy-duty applications. We do not recommend using Evolution blades on other branded machines, as due to the multi purpose technology of Evolution's machines, the RMP is reduced.
