Stanley Bostitch One Year Limited Warranty

Stanley Bostitch pneumatic tools are fully cycled and tested prior to despatch.

Stanley Bostitch warrants this product to the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase against any defect in material or workmanship, and agrees to repair or replace, at Stanley Bostitch’s option any defect of that material or workmanship.

This warranty is not transferable.

It only covers damage resulting from defects in material and workmanship, and it does not cover conditions or malfunctions resulting from normal wear, neglect, abuse, accident or repairs made by other than our regional repair centre or authorised warranty service centres.

Driver blades, bumpers, and O rings are considered normally wearing parts.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage of any kind (including loss of profits, revenue or contracts) or for any damage to or destruction of any property.

To obtain warranty service, return the product at your expense together with proof of purchase to our regional repair centre, or an authorised warranty centre.

Stanley Bostitch Two Year Limited Warranty

Bostitch Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship, and agrees to repair or replace, at Bostitch’s option, any defective product within 90 days from the date of purchase.

This warranty is not transferable. It only covers damage resulting from defects in material or workmanship, and it does not cover conditions or malfunctions resulting from normal wear, neglect, abuse or accident.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. BOSTITCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or from country to country. To obtain warranty service, you must return the product at your expense, together with proof of purchase, to a Bostitch regional warranty repair Center.

EXTENDED 7 YEAR WARRANTY Terms and Conditions

An extended warranty of an additional 6 years is available on a limited range of tools for no additional charge to eligible* customers who within 30 days of the original purchase register the tool on line and participate in the customer survey. Stanley Bostitch agrees at its option to repair or replace any product found to be defective; except for such products which have not been properly used in accordance with the user instructions supplied with the tool; or which have been altered or modified by any person other than Stanley Bostitch and its authorized service centers, tools that are damaged through misuse by the user or malfunction due to resulting normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is not transferable and will apply to the first end user applicant for a duration of 7 years from the date of purchase of the product. Driver blades, bumpers, springs, o-rings and seals are all considered normal wearing parts and are not covered, this list is not exhaustive and all warranty claims are processed at the discretion of Stanley Bostitch.

This warranty shall not apply to any indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage of any kind whatsoever (including loss of profits, revenue or contracts).

*Additional warrantees are NOT offered for tools used in environments that are deemed as Production / Manufacturing applications e.g. Pallet and Crate assembly, furniture assembly or manufactured housing etc these are covered by our standard 1 year warranty.

Any product which an end user finds to be defective during the warranty period and is required to be returned must be done so at the end user’s expense together with the proof of purchase to our regional repair centre, or an authorized warranty centre.
