With a 13mm cutting capacity for fibre cement materials, the Makita DJS800 18V LXT Brushless Cement Shear is an incredibly powerful tool. The DJS800 swiftly makes both straight and curved lines while producing less dust thanks to its precision machined blades and brushless motor. To ensure that blades are consistently cutting at the ideal angle, it incorporates a single-piece cutting head made of precision milled aircraft grade aluminium with a tolerance of 0.001". The solid steel centre and side shear blades have a cutting capacity of up to 13 mm and can quickly and quietly cut straight and contour lines. The lightweight cast aluminium gear housing and robust body casing of this tool make it jobsite tough, and the half-inch protected spindle can withstand high torque loads from the motor.

Its ergonomically designed handle with soft grip makes it comfortable to use, and the head's 360° rotation ensures convenience during cutting. When the trigger is released on the DJS800 Cement Shears, an integrated LED work light with an afterglow feature lasts for 10 seconds. The brushless motor, which makes this cement shear function effectively, is at its core.
