The Role

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of both long-standing partners and new brands we bring on board.

You will work closely with marketing, e-commerce, operations, and sales teams to drive success across multiple channels — ensuring our brands are competitive, profitable, and well-represented.

The position will be based in Ellon, Aberdeenshire (Flexible).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance relationships with existing brands and onboard new suppliers.
  • Collaborate with leading manufacturers such as DeWalt, Makita, and Milwaukee to maximise performance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand brand presence and profitability.
  • Analyse category performance, identifying best-sellers and slow-moving products.
  • Optimise stock control to ensure product availability while reducing excess inventory.
  • Drive sales performance by improving stock turnover and clearing aged inventory.
  • Ensure accurate and optimised product listings on the website.
  • Monitor brand KPIs and provide actionable performance insights.
  • Work with marketing to strengthen brand visibility and market share.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of sales and profit targets for assigned brands.
  • Stock turnover rate in line with company objectives.
  • Accuracy and quality of website product listings.
  • Growth in brand visibility and market share.

  • Experience in brand management, category management, or supplier relations.

The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service—whether over the phone, via email, or in person.

This role involves a healthy mix of outbound prospecting and inbound lead management.

The position will be based in Ellon, Aberdeenshire (Flexible).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage both outbound and inbound sales activities to generate and convert leads.
  • Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Negotiate effectively to achieve the best outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Use CRM/ERP systems to manage leads, opportunities, and client data.
  • Prepare and update reports, proposals, and presentations using Excel and other tools.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in account management or business development.
  • Comfortable with targets and KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of both outbound and inbound sales processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other common software tools.
  • Confident using ERP, CRM, and CMS platforms.
  • Experience with sales software such as Salesforce, Lead Forensics, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and face-to-face.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive.

We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our friendly, fast-paced team.

You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues to ensure every customer’s journey with Toolden is smooth, professional, and memorable.

The position will be based in Ellon, Aberdeenshire.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact between Toolden and our customers — answering queries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide clear, friendly, and solution-focused responses to customer inquiries.
  • Manage and track customer requests using Zendesk and other support tools.
  • Work with our ERP and CMS systems to process orders, update product information, and resolve service issues.
  • Use Excel to manage data, track performance, and prepare customer-related reports.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven customer service experience, ideally in a multi-channel environment.
  • Comfortable working with systems such as Zendesk, ERP platforms, and CMS tools.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and data management).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
