The Excel 31708 216mm Sliding Mitre Saw with Laser Guide & 48T Blade 240V/1700W is a corded mitre saw designed for accurate cross-cutting and bevel work on timber, skirting boards and framing materials. Driven by a robust 1700W motor with soft start and a 216mm 48T TCT blade, it delivers smooth, controlled cuts with a generous 340mm cross-cut capacity for wide boards and door frames. The saw offers a 045° bevel range to the left and 045° mitre adjustment both left and right, making it suitable for picture framing, angle joinery, decking and general construction tasks. An integrated LED cutting light, dust extraction port with bag and compact 13.2kg design support clear visibility, cleaner working and easy transport between jobs. It is supplied with a pre-fitted blade, dust bag, workpiece clamp, supporting stand, extension tables and a 6mm hex key for setup and adjustments.
