Fiskars Warranty

If your item is faulty please email admin@toolden.co.uk with your order number, part number and full details of the fault.  Please also provide any photos so this can be passed onto the manufacturer so we can contact them directly to resolve this for you. 

 

Fiskars Warranty

Our products have been crafted using advanced technical manufacturing and materials. They have been tested and perform excellently for the activities and environments they were created for. However, no matter how careful we are, errors may occur in the manufacturing process.

If you find fault with the workmanship or materials of your Fiskars product within one year of date of purchase, please submit the product and a warranty claim to the store from where you have bought the item. If the retailer is unable to help then please contact the Fiskars Consumer Care team for further advice/help. After one year please contact Fiskars Consumer Care team by filling in the contact form. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days from the time the defect is or should have been discovered.
 
Warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, sharpening, accident, environmental factors, improper storage, or external causes. Unauthorized repair, modification or customization of your product voids this warranty. This warranty does not cover any parts, accessories, or consumables, including spare blades and replaceable attachments. This warranty does not apply to products acquired second hand.

In the case of a covered warranty defect, Fiskars will, at its option: (A) repair the product using new or refurbished parts; or (B) replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product.

Prior to providing warranty service, Fiskars requires you to provide proof of purchase details, including, but not limited to, a receipt or sales invoice and digital product photos (ensuring that the photograph(s) are of the complete item and provide clear evidence of the suspected damage/fault), and may require you to ship the product back to Fiskars’ facility at your cost. Replaced products or parts become our property. 

If not requested to ship the product to us, you must retain and not throw away or destroy the product or any parts of the product until your claim has been submitted, processed, and determined. Failure to submit proof of purchase details and photographic evidence, and to retain or ship the product as advised, will prevent your enquiry from being processed.
