The Makita DUR194RTX2 is a cordless line trimmer that is ideal for trimming grass and weeds. It is powered by an 18V Li-ion LXT slide-type battery that supplies energy to the powerful 18V brushless motor, delivering up to 4,000 strokes per minute. The trimmer has a total cutting diameter of 280mm and has a rotatable loop handle, which allows comfort when operating in all positions. The DUR194RTX2 has a single-sided blade design with an attached catcher plate for catching/deflecting the cuttings. The blades come with an optimum shape design for smooth cutting and longer run times for efficient hedge cutting with less friction. Other features include 3x electronic speed settings, constant speed control, anti-restart function, and an electric brake for maximum productivity and increased operator safety.
