The Makita DUH607RT is a cordless hedge trimmer that is ideal for intensive pruning work on hedges. It is powered by an 18V Li-ion LXT slide-type battery that supplies energy to the powerful 18V brushless motor, delivering up to 2,700 strokes per minute. The trimmer has a total blade length of 600mm and has a rotatable handle, which allows comfort when operating in all positions. The DUH607RT has a single-sided blade design with an attached catcher plate for catching/deflecting the cuttings. The blades come with an optimum shape design for smooth cutting and longer run times for efficient hedge cutting with less friction. Other features include 3x electronic speed settings, constant speed control, reverse switch, and an automatic off function, so if the machine has not been operated with for 60 seconds after being turned on, it will automatically turn off.
