  • This Offer is open to applicants, aged over 18, who make a Qualifying Purchase (“Eligible Customers”) from a UK reseller. If a customer returns their MAKITA (UK) LIMITED Qualifying Purchase within 28 days of purchase they will not be eligible for this Offer.
  • A “Qualifying Purchase” is a MAKITA (UK) LIMITED product with the Model Number listed in the table above, between 1st March 2025 to 30th September 2025 (“Offer Period”).
  • Delivery of any promotional product offered free of charge as part of this offer is only applicable for delivery within the UK (please ensure that a valid UK postal address is included for any claim application). Applications for redemption products to be delivered outside of the UK cannot be accepted as part of this offer.
  • Within 28 days of a Qualifying Purchase, Eligible Customers must visit https://makitauk.com/redemptions and complete the online application form to submit a claim.
  • Claims will require Eligible Customers to upload the following documentation:
    • An image of the invoice for the Qualifying Purchase;
    • An image of the product packaging clearly showing the label with the Model purchased and EAN Barcode; and
    • An image of the serial number on the product plate – normally where the battery attaches to the product
  • Claims can only be made by Trade and Retail Consumer Customers, claims submitted by Makita Distributors or Stockists, and anyone purchasing Qualifying Products for the purpose of reselling (Resellers) will be disqualified.
  • Following verification and validation of their claim, Eligible Customers will receive their Free Gift after 30 days, and no later than 35 days, so that any product returns are accounted for.
