How to Claim

Spend a minimum of £299 (inc. VAT) on qualifying Metabo 18V cordless tools, batteries or chargers in a single transaction between 1st November 2026 and 31st January 2027.
Ensure all qualifying products are purchased from the same authorised UK or Republic of Ireland Metabo retailer in a single transaction.
Visit the Metabo Spend More, Get More Redemption Page and complete the online claim form.
Enter your details and upload a valid itemised VAT invoice showing your qualifying purchase. Delivery notes and order confirmations will not be accepted.
Have a photograph of your qualifying purchases available as part of the claim process.
Submit your redemption claim within 28 days of your invoice date.
Once your claim has been submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. Following validation, your FREE Metabo LiHDX Battery Pack(s) will be delivered to your nominated UK or Republic of Ireland address.

Terms & Conditions

Qualifying purchases must be made between 1st November 2026 and 31st January 2027.
Redemption claims must be received within 28 days of the invoice date.
Participants must spend a minimum of £299 (inc. VAT) in the UK or €349 (inc. VAT) in the Republic of Ireland on qualifying Metabo 18V cordless products in a single transaction.
The promotion is available to trade and retail customers aged over 18 who purchase qualifying products from an authorised UK or Republic of Ireland Metabo retailer.
Eligible products include Metabo 18V cordless tools, Twin 18V (36V) machines, 18V Basic Sets, 18V body-only tools, 18V batteries and chargers.
Standalone 36V products are excluded from the promotion.
The qualifying spend threshold must be reached in a single transaction from the same Metabo retailer. Purchases from multiple retailers or separate transactions cannot be combined.
Only one redemption per transaction is permitted.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Claims must be submitted directly by the customer. Claims submitted or processed by a Metabo seller or dealer will be automatically rejected without notification.
Participants must provide a valid itemised VAT invoice as proof of purchase. Delivery notes and order confirmations will not be accepted.
Participants must be able to provide a photograph of their qualifying purchases.
Promotional products can only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland.
If qualifying goods are cancelled or returned within 30 days of delivery, Metabo must be notified and the free promotional products must be returned to Metabo (KOKI Group UK Ltd).
Delivery of promotional products can take up to 14 days. Customers should only contact the promoter regarding delivery after this period.
Someone must be available during business hours to sign for the delivery.
KOKI Group UK Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, misdirected or misplaced deliveries resulting from incorrect delivery details or failure to sign for delivery.
