Air power tool features
Excellent power-to-weight ratio
Air powered tools have a high power-to-weight ratio, allowing them to produce more power while still being lightweight and compact, resulting in low operator fatigue, even during extended use. Pneumatic tools are generally lighter than both cordless battery and mains-powered tools with the same power rating.
Cost efficient
Air tools are cost-effective solutions due to the lesser number of moving parts. They provide low-cost maintenance and operation because they have fewer moving parts and and overall simple design. Air tools will typically cost less to replace or repair than their electric-powered counterparts.
Inherent safety
Air tools reduce the danger of electric shock and fire hazards. They also run cooler and cannot be damaged from overloading or stalling. They can be used in humid, conductive, explosive, and even corrosive conditions.

FAQs
What size of air compressor do I need to run air-powered tools?
The size of the compressor you need to run air tools depends on the CFM (cubic feet per minute) rating of the tools, the number of tools used at the same time, and the specific application. A general rule of thumb is to multiply the CFM rating of the tools by 1.5 to get the minimum air compressor size in gallons. Most air tools will run on 90 to 120 psi. For automotive air tools, a 70 CFM air compressor can accommodate a comprehensive set of tools. For household purposes, a 10-gallon air compressor may be sufficient.
