The brushless motor features fewer wearable moving parts, resulting in greatly increased motor life. This powerful 4-function brushless SDS rotary hammer drill incorporates a rotary stop mode for light chiselling in tiles, render, and plaster. It also includes a slide function SDS chuck and a multi-position side handle for operational convenience, safety, and comfort. The brushless motor technology provides 25% more power and 50% more run time compared to traditional motors. This is because brushless motors have fewer moving parts, resulting in a quiet motor that never needs maintenance. The reduced friction enables better use of available energy from the battery pack as there is no resistance from brushes. The JCB 21-18BLRH has a no-load speed of 0-1400rpm and a hammer impact rate of 0-4,500bpm. The maximum drilling capacity is 40mm for wood, 13mm for metal, and 26mm for masonry.
