Everbuild KOS Fire Cement Buff Cartridge 300ml
Everbuild KOS Fire Cement Buff is a ready-mixed, fireproof cement paste designed for jointing and repairing areas exposed to high temperatures, such as around domestic fires, stoves, and concrete flue liners. Suitable for use with coal, wood-burning, and gas appliances, it can withstand direct flame contact and temperatures up to +1250°C. Easy to apply with a standard sealant gun, it offers a clean finish and reliable performance. Independently tested to BSEN1857 standards, it’s ideal for both professional installations and general-purpose fireproof sealing.
EVBKOSBUF300 How to Use?
- Prepare the Surface: Ensure the area is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or debris.
- Cut the Nozzle: Trim the cartridge nozzle to the desired size and attach it securely.
- Apply the Cement: Use a standard sealant gun to apply the fire cement evenly to the joint or repair area.
- Smooth and Shape: Use a damp cloth or spatula to shape and smooth the cement for a clean finish.
- Allow to Dry: Let the cement air-dry before exposing it to heat. Gradually increase the temperature to fully cure the product.
