SIP Returns & Collection Policy

Returning Goods to SIP

SIP products are designed to withstand immense, heavy-duty use and perform at a top quality level. However, should any of our customers encounter a faulty machine, or a machine that has been damaged in transit or otherwise, we operate a returns policy for our machines. For a swift process, we ask that, when returning any equipment, the below criteria is followed at all times. This ensures a repair, solution, or alternative is quickly found, satisfying you and allowing work to commence.

Goods are not sold on a 'Sale or Return' nor 'On Approval' basis. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and will be returned at the expense of the distributor. Goods correctly supplied to the order of the buyer will not be accepted for return or exchange unless prior agreement in writing has been arranged. In addition, a restocking free at 15% will be deducted from the credit note, with a minimum charge of £10.00, regardless of all prior carriage charges.
