Product Description

DeWalt DTM3023-QZ Extreme Universal 1/4 Sanding Sheet 120G (5 Pack)

The DeWalt DTM3023-QZ Extreme Universal Abrasive Mesh Sanding Sheets, available in an 120-grit pack of five, offer exceptional durability and performance, lasting up to four times longer than traditional sandpaper sheets. The innovative mesh design allows dust to be drawn through the entire sheet rather than confined to specific holes, optimising the sanding effect. This design prevents dust from accumulating between the abrasive and the material, enhancing efficiency. The sanding sheets feature hook-and-loop fastening for quick and easy attachment, and they can be easily cleaned to extend their lifespan. This makes them a versatile and convenient choice for various sanding tasks without the need to match specific dust extraction hole patterns.

DTM3023-QZ Features:

• The grid's open structure eliminates the need for precise alignment.
• The hook-and-loop fastening system attaches to the sander, securely holding the sheet.
• No additional backing pad is required, as it integrates directly with a standard hook-and-loop backing on an orbital sander.
• Silicon carbide grit offers up to 4 times longer life than standard DeWalt abrasive papers.
• The open weave design facilitates more efficient dust removal, resulting in a finer sanding finish.
• Dust can be easily washed off, and the mesh is ready for reuse after drying.
• Compatible with all dust extraction hole patterns.
• Suitable for use with all 1/4 sheet sanders.
