Constructed from food grade, premium, long lasting heat resistant cordierite materials which is easy to clean Suggested for use with Model No. DG158 (16”) Kamado Grill or any suitably sized BBQ, grill or oven that is of a similar size, and in conjunction with the DG187 Heat Deflector Support. Fire-safe, natural, untainted and moisture absorbent for a wonderful crispy pizza base.
