How to Claim:

  • Register your qualifying machine for the Metabo 3-Year XXL Warranty and complete the promotional redemption claim.
  • Enter the promotional code LIHDX when completing your registration and claim.
  • Provide your details and upload a valid itemised VAT invoice showing your qualifying purchase. Delivery notes and order confirmations will not be accepted.
  • Submit your redemption claim within 28 days of your invoice date.

  6. Participants must register their qualifying machine for the Metabo 3-Year XXL Warranty and use promotional code LIHDX when making their claim.
  7. Only one redemption per transaction is permitted.

  9. Claims must be submitted directly by the customer. Claims submitted or processed by a Metabo seller or dealer will be automatically rejected without notification.

  11. Promotional products can only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland.
  12. If qualifying goods are cancelled or returned within 30 days of delivery, Metabo must be notified and the free promotional products must be returned to KOKI Group UK Ltd.
  13. Delivery of promotional products can take up to 14 days. Customers should only contact the promoter regarding delivery after this period.
  14. Someone must be available during business hours to sign for the delivery.
