The Makita DHP489Z 18V LXT Brushless Compact Combi Drill (Body Only) is a professional cordless combi drill designed for drilling, screwdriving and hammer drilling across a wide range of site and workshop applications. Powered by Makita's 18V LXT Li-ion platform and a high-efficiency brushless motor, it delivers up to 1,800rpm, 27,000bpm and 73Nm of hard torque while maintaining a compact, well-balanced form for comfortable all-day use. A mechanical 2-speed metal gearbox, 21 torque settings plus drill mode, and capacities of 38mm in wood, 13mm in steel and 16mm in masonry provide the control and versatility needed for framing, fixing and installation work. Twin LED job lights with pre-glow and afterglow, metal gear housing and Extreme Protection Technology (XPT) support reliable performance in low-light and harsh conditions.
