Makita DTW181Z 18V LXT 1/2" Brushless Impact Wrench (Body Only)

The Makita DTW181 is a new line of sub compact 18v cordless tools from the LXT series that are small and light. The battery run duration is extended by about 30% thanks to the brushless motor's superior efficiency and lack of maintenance, meaning less downtime spent charging batteries. When the trigger is pulled, two LED lights illuminate the work piece for better visibility.

This unit has an impressive maximum nut busting torque of 330Nm and is suitable for bolts M8-M16 (standard bolt) and M6-M12 (high tensile bolt). It has a 1/2" square drive that is compatible with all standard 1/2" impact sockets, and the rubber moulded handle is ergonomic and comfortable for extended use.

The tool stops the impact and spinning in 0.2 seconds when the bolt/nut is sufficiently loosened. The reverse rotation auto stop mode works only when pulling the trigger fully, in counter-clockwise rotation.
