The Makita PV001G 40V Polisher is powered by an effective brushless motor for longer battery run time and is primarily made for polishing in the car painting business. With constant speed control and soft-start, the PV001G increases speed gradually to avoid snagging and potential surface damage. Constant speed control increases power to the motor in response to workload. Higher speeds are suitable for applying polishing chemicals to remove scratches, while lower speeds are better for polishing curves, small areas, or finishing. The variable speed dial adjusts the rpm to meet the application. Other features include a trigger lock to lessen user fatigue, an adjustable top handle, an ergonomic grip, and anti-restart to avoid unintentional operation during battery changes.

The PV001G comes with 2x 2.5Ah Batteries, a fast charger, and a large tool bag.
