The Makita DRT50RTJX2 uses powerful brushless technology to drive the 18V motor, giving exceptional performance and runtime with the supplied 5.0Ah batteries. The DRT50RTJX2 features a solid aluminium housing and base for maximum durability, and has a collect capacity of 1/4" and 3/8".

The variable speed control allows for speeds between 10,000 to 30,000 rpm, giving you flexibility to tackle both delicate jobs and high speed trimming. The soft start system avoids any snagging while operating, with the content speed control guaranteeing a consistent speed even when under high load. The Makita DRT50RTJX2 comes with attachments and accessories, 2x 5.0Ah batteries, a DC18RC compact fast charger, and a type 4 Makpac connector case.
