The Makita DTD153Z LXT 18V Brushless Impact Driver (Body Only) is a compact cordless impact driver designed for fast, controlled screwdriving and bolt fastening in professional construction and maintenance work. Powered by Makita's 18V LXT lithium-ion platform and a high-efficiency brushless motor, it delivers up to 170 Nm of torque, 3,400 rpm no load speed and 3,600 impacts per minute, making it ideal for driving standard and high tensile bolts, machine screws and coarse thread fixings. The ultra-short 126 mm body, ergonomic soft grip and balanced design help reduce fatigue when working overhead, in confined spaces or on repetitive tasks. A one touch 1/4" hex chuck allows rapid bit changes, while the electric brake, variable speed trigger and forward/reverse selection give precise control over every fastening. Twin LED job lights with pre-glow and after-glow illuminate the work area, and the tool is compatible with all Makita 18V LXT batteries, supplied here as a bare unit often including a belt clip where stated.
