Thanks to the impressive versatility they offer, a single oscillating multi tool can do the work of many other devices.

Powerful, efficient motors

Our selection of the best oscillating multi-tools are equipped with powerful motors that deliver high-performance cutting, sanding, scraping and more. These motors are designed to provide fast and efficient operation even in tough materials such as wood, metal and drywall. Many of the models we stock feature brushless motors that require less maintenance and have a longer motor life due to cooler operation. They also offer more power and longer runtime for those that use cordless models.

Power supply options

Corded oscillating multi tools

Corded oscillating multi-tools require a constant power supply, which means that they can be used for extended periods of time without worrying about battery life. They also tend to be more powerful than their cordless counterparts, which makes them ideal for heavy-duty tasks. They also generally come in cheaper than cordless models, offering a great option for those who have a tighter budget in mind.

Cordless oscillating multi tools

Cordless oscillating multi-tools provide greater mobility and flexibility, enabling users to work in hard-to-reach areas without being tethered to a power outlet, making them a great option for professional tradesmen who are constantly working on different job sites.

FAQ’s

What materials can be cut with this range of multi tools?

Using the correct cutting attachment, some of the materials you can cut are:

  • Wood
  • Fibreglass
  • Plastics
  • Drywall
  • Mortar
  • Metal

What attachment type do I need?

For the most part, oscillating multi tool blades and attachments are universal in their design. This means that the blades from one brand can be used in almost any other brand’s oscillating multi-tool without any incompatibility. However, some brands such as Fein and Bosch have developed their own patented blade mounting system called Starlock which provides a fast ‘snap-in’ blade fitting but can only be used with Fein or Bosch branded accessories, however, a growing number of other manufacturers are now providing compatibility with the Starlock system.
