The SIP 05814 FX300 Welding Fume Extractor is a robust and mobile solution designed for capturing high concentrations of welding fumes in large fabrication workshops, welding stations, and automotive environments. It features a comprehensive 3-stage filtration system with a multi-layer spark arrestor to capture larger particles, a high-efficiency particulate air (H13) filter for particles down to 0.3 microns, and an activated carbon cotton filter to eliminate fume odours. With a powerful 1.5 kW brushless induction motor, the FX300 delivers a high flow rate of 2500 m³/hr, ensuring effective fume extraction. The extractor is equipped with a 2-meter flexible arm suction hose for precise fume capture, and it operates via a 5-meter mains cable from a standard 13A supply. The unit also includes an illuminated control panel with a compliant isolator switch, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) features for safety during maintenance. Its lockable castors provide easy mobility, while its compact design helps conserve the workspace.
