The Scheppach OSM100 Oscillating Spindle Sander is a compact benchtop machine designed for accurately sanding curves, contours, internal cut-outs and detailed edges. Suitable for DIY enthusiasts, hobbyists and workshop users, it provides excellent control when shaping and finishing timber components that are difficult to process with conventional sanders.

Powered by a dependable 450W electric motor, the OSM100 combines rotary sanding action with an oscillating spindle movement to produce smooth and consistent results. The oscillating action distributes abrasive wear across the sanding sleeve while helping reduce heat build-up and visible sanding marks.

Six interchangeable 80-grit sanding sleeves ranging from 13mm to 76mm in diameter allow the machine to accommodate a wide variety of curves, profiles and internal openings. Matching table inserts and rubber sanding rollers provide stable support and make changing between different sanding diameters straightforward.

Designed for practical workshop use, the OSM100 features a 38mm dust extraction connection for use with compatible extraction equipment.
