Everbuild EVERFLEX® 145 Butyl Rubber Sealant is a permanently plastic, one-component sealant designed to provide a reliable weatherproof seal for a wide range of interior and exterior applications. It forms a surface skin while remaining flexible beneath, offering excellent gap-filling performance and long-lasting weather resistance.
