Sika Fire Guard Mate Intumescent Sealant White 295ml

Sika Fire Guard is a one-part, water-based intumescent acoustic sealant designed to provide a firm yet flexible seal in internal fire-rated joints and structures. When exposed to heat, the sealant expands to form a protective char that helps resist the passage of fire for up to 4 hours. It also delivers excellent acoustic performance, is permanently flexible, fast curing and can be overpainted once cured.
