3 years FREE service and repair is valid for all SPIT Pulsa tools at no additional cost. As long as you are within your 3-year window of purchase, you can benefit from free service and repair.

How and when to claim your service and repair

  • To utilise the three years free service and repair offering, it is required to register the tool by filling out the form below, as well as presenting a valid receipt or invoice from an approved ITW Construction Products/SPIT dealer.
  • We recommend servicing the Pulsa tool every 30,000-50,000 shots.
  • The three-year period runs from the date of the dealer's invoice to the customer.
  • Service and repairs carried out under the above offering must be carried out by the ITW service centre.
  • The right to free service and repair is only valid when the tool has been used in the way it is intended to be used. This includes normal wear and tear.
  • ITW Construction Products only accept complete and assembled tools and reserve the right to reject a tool.

Older Tools
If you own a Pulsa 800E/800P, these are now discontinued and are outside of their warranty period. Check out the upgraded Pulsa versions, here.

If you are unsure your tools is within it's 3 Years Free Service and Repair period, please check your purchase receipt.

Tool Aftercare

To get started, enter your tool's serial number on our registration page. This ensures you receive the full benefits of our warranty and service programs.

Service Type Conditions Process
Repair Validity Tool is within a 3-year free service and repair period. Diagnosed with a fault by yourself or through technical support. Return the tool to the place of purchase with proof of purchase. It will be returned to the manufacturer.
Service Within Warranty Tool has fired approximately 50,000 shots - we'd recommend a service. Take the tool to any authorised distributor for assistance.
Service/Repair Outside Warranty Tool is outside of warranty and needs service/repair due to a fault. Take the tool to an authorised distributor. Service may be done on-site or sent to the manufacturer. Cost applies based on the tool.
