The New CG36DA MultiVolt Line Trimmer from HiKOKI is a fantastic new addition to their Multi Volt Range. Using a disc motor places right on top of the cutting blade means there is no need for the shaft to transfer that power. This gives you lower noise levels, lower vibration, higher efficiency, and a much lighter machine. HiKOKI have done all they can to maximize the efficiency of this machine with the addition of an electronic brake that kicks in as soon as you let go of the trigger and their "Auto Off Function" which means when the power is turned on and the trigger is not pulled for 60 seconds then the machine will automatically power down.
