The Milwaukee M18 FMDP-502C 18V Brushless Magnetic Drill with Permanent Magnet & 2x 5.0Ah Batteries is a cordless magnetic drill press designed for precision hole cutting in structural steel and heavy fabrication work. Powered by the M18 FUEL™ platform, it combines a POWERSTATE™ brushless motor, REDLINK PLUS™ intelligence and REDLITHIUM-ION™ batteries to deliver corded-level performance with the convenience of an 18V system. A self-powered permanent magnet with 8,890 N holding force and AUTOSTOP™ lift-off detection help maintain secure positioning on 1/4" steel while enhancing user protection. The 2-speed gear box offers optimised no-load speeds of 400 and 690 rpm for both annular cutters and twist drill bits, with a maximum broaching capacity of 38 mm diameter and 50 mm depth, plus 13 mm solid bit capacity. A 146 mm stroke length, keyless 19 mm Weldon reception and tool-free detachable handle support fast accessory changes and flexible control.
