Everbuild SikaSeal® Construction Silicone + White 295ml

Everbuild SikaSeal® Construction Silicone + is a fast-curing, low-modulus acetoxy silicone sealant developed for durable interior and exterior sealing. It creates a flexible, waterproof and weather-resistant seal while helping to resist mould growth in areas exposed to high humidity.

• Faster curing than conventional low-modulus sealants.
• Low dirt pick-up for a cleaner finish.
• Flexible formulation accommodates joint movement of ±20%.
• Forms a waterproof and weather-tight seal.
• Contains an anti-fungal compound to help prevent mould growth.
• Bonds to substrates including PVCu, brick, glass, aluminium, plastics and timber.
• Suitable for general construction joints, glazing and perimeter pointing.
• Ideal for sealing around PVCu, aluminium and timber windows and door frames.
• Suitable for weather sealing pre-formed panels, formwork, profiles, trims and cladding.
• Can be used for glass-to-glass and glass-to-aluminium sealing.
