The DeWalt water tank is designed to seamlessly integrate with cut-off saws like the DCS690 and DCS691, utilising the Wireless Tool Control (WTC) system found in DeWalt's automated dust extraction systems. In practice, when you start cutting with a compatible tool, the water tank automatically begins delivering a consistent flow of water, and it stops shortly after you finish cutting. An 18V battery powers the tank and provides 15 litres of water flow without manual pressurisation. The user-friendly control panel allows for quick activation of the water supply without manual pumping. The tank features two large handles for easy mobility and is compatible with DeWalt TSTAK storage systems, enhancing job site mobility. Wireless Tool Control enables direct connection to compatible tools, improving runtime and efficiency, and a remote key fob is available for tools that are not WTC-compatible.
